should be inspiration enough, right?? thinspiration i mean ; )

sometimes im happy when i look in the mirror.. like not absolutely confident and perfectly content with what i see.. but happy enough ya know? but those days are so rare. if i could go for at the very least just a solid two weeks of looking in the mirror and seeing what i want and looking myself in the eye and telling myself i know its gunna be a good day, everything i do is going to be aimed to do right, to do good, to do better.

2.{today} so far..

intake;
-3 pieces of whole grain wheat bread
-handful or two of organic raw sprouted sunflower seeds(protien!)
-wata(need more still!)

outtake;
-going to the gym with mami soon?? mayyybeeee.. think i should? i mean i wanna burn cals but i don wanna build muscle! possibly in my butt and thighs but absolutely not in my upper body/arms! eeek

-----> 4; low score due to bread, why hte mass amounts, anyway??? if youre gunna have a snack, have fruit, veggies, things with nutritional value! were working on getting rid of our sweet tooth so that we dont even crave the damn goodies anymore! haha. my ideal goal is to get to the point at the end of two weeks (or even before) to no longer desire sweets, fatty foods, or dairy products like butter(evilllll), cheese(badddd), or milk, and only drool over dreams of kisses and cuddles and adventure and self improvement, intellectual expansion, meeting new people, living up to expectations, impressing my elders, having the boys wanna get with me, and having the girls wanna be like me, being proud of who i am, being confident to walk tall, being able to accomplish goals and set up new ones, having ethics beliefs and morals of my own opinions, being my own person, discovering who that is and work on creating her ideals, being a strong individual, self-dependent, reliant on few, but never on others(especially peers/friends/boyfriends), intelligent wise and strong woman of highly respected integrity and self-worth. i wanna be able to respect myself.

But to those who have looked inside themselves,

Rock for Rene

renes benefit concerts tonight and im so excited for him and to see the full effect of all our hard work - granted, my contribution sizes up as miniscule in comparison to some of my girlfriends and their mommies, even my mami im so proud of! it should be spectacular to witness teh turnout of all the people who love rene and care about the cause. i love him so much <33

on a side note, due to the mass amounts of people i suspect to be seeing today at the event, it is really important to me that i look my best ;) soooooooo im gettin fit to go to the gym about now and ive already scrubbed my face, plucked my eyebrows, attended to my blemishes, applied moisturizer and protection on my face and chest, brushed my teeth, flossed, applied teeth whitner, etc. thats more than i usually do in a whole week during the summer! haha thats exaggerating, but seriously, i tend to let go of myself during the summer and these party days. i start to feel the thrill of the good times and i lose all inhibition - that mindset of immortality gets the best of me.. but i should know better by now. because that kinda head is hwat gets me in trouble. a path into bumpy roads is the last thing i need right now. this summer was supposed to be meant for good times, but also a time for instructing stability and feeling secure in myself in my skin in my body in my life. so lets keep a good head on our shoulders.

1.{yesterday}

intake;
(after purging about 9 times or more from the shit i ate in the morning..)
-mami's dinner eaten slowly: brown rice w/tomato dices & white fish(i ate about half of the big piece of fish)ate at about 9p.m, fasted until then
-strawberries(about 8 or 10)
-handful of blueberries
-whole grain wheat bread (about 4-6 pieces)

----> 3 ; score so low due to morning munchies that could even be classified as binging and purging. huge nono!! were trying to change the state of mind into desiring healthy foods for snacks and nourishment apose to drooling over sugary fats and buttery breads((my weaknesses)). savory and sweet foods= bloaty fat pig syndrom. jus try to think about how youll feel after you eat whatever it is that sounds so delicious. most of the time its not even that appealing. often due tot he fact that this household rarely stocks overly appealing junkfood in the pantry! leaving me to drool over a bag of chocolate chips.. cereal with milk(ew!).. bread with butter brown sugar and cinnamin.. ?!? so not worth it!!

"mind over matter and i wont get fatter" it is commonly recommended to search for the root of your problem in order to fix it. why are you driven to eat junky food over and over again when you know it does nothing but make you feel like shit after ?? to find my "TRIGGERS" i reviewed my diet history. although ashamed and reluctant to actually say - im supposed to admit i have a problem in order to fix it right? so what the hell - my conclusion resorted to one commonality in all results : emotional eating. disgusting. am i that weak of an individual? when will i ever learn? instant gratification and taking shortcuts will NEVER BENEFIT YOU IN THE LONG RUN. you have to put in the hard work, time and effort in order to achieve your goals and get where you wanna go! it mirrors my mistakes in all aspects of my life(how sad..); but in this case, i mask my painful emotions in donuts and frosting, sugar and fat. so what, i can feel even WORSE about myself the next day instead of better?!~? it solves nothing!! stop giving into temptation and cowboy up for goddamn sake. you gotta stay gold ponyboy..

so when it comes to times like these, its the roughest time to keep my head on straight, no doubt. but no one really gives a shit. tough love baby. there arnt any excuses you can give to yo mama daddy friends or people watchin after you, hopin for the best, believin in you, rootin you on in the sidelines. excuses jus don fly anymore, youre 18 years old & one month. youre going away to college next year at a damn good university, and youre gunna sit here and watch it all get fucked up cus you won do anything bout it?! if youre not gunna take care of yourself and your shit, who is?? no more pointing fingers, blamin others, makin up lame excuses, time for the real thing. all that other stuff back then, that was preparin you for this right here. right now.

looking ahead.

keep your eyes far in front of you, don look back.

xox
